RETURNS & EXCHANGES

return and exchange policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to issue your refund/exchange. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Returns should be sent to our headquarters in Bali or Sweden depending on your location. We will provide you with the address. Please do not send your return to our Bali address without contacting us at info@studiokyogawear.com first. 

The shipping costs for the return is covered by the customer. 

All Sale Items and Underwear are final sale, meaning we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items. If you need assistance choosing the perfect size please email us before placing your order, we are happy to help you.

FAULTY INTEMS

Every Studio k garment it carfullly crafted by hand. Yet, we acknowledge that errors can slip through our quality check. If you happen to encounter any flaws please email us your order number along with images of the damage or defect, and we'll address the matter. Our policy covers faulty claims for a period of 30 days, excluding instances of wear and tear or inadequate care.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

If you wish to make a return or exchange, send us an e-mail containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and an explanation of which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to issue your return. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

Allow a processing time of up to 3 business days for our team to handle your request. If your purchase was made entirely with store credit or gift cards, the equivalent amount of store credit will be reinstated. For transactions where store credit or gift cards were only partially used, we'll reinstate the corresponding amount of store credit and issue a refund for the remaining balance.

Please remember that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for items that have not been properly cared for. Remember to read the Clothing Care instructions for guidance on how to care for your garments.
