Large: 45mm x 30mm
Beginner: Start with a larger size. Larger eggs requires less muscle control.
Intermediate: Once you feel comfortable you can try a medium-sized egg. It offers a good balance of challenge and control.
Advanced: If you're experienced with pelvic bowl exercises you may want to try a smaller egg as they require greater muscle control to hold in place.
