Returns / Exchanges

We accept exchanges and refunds of unworn, unwashed and unmarked items within 30 days upon delivery. All sales are final after 30 days.  Do you want to receive Store Credit instead of a refund?  We will gift you an additional 10% of the amount paid for the product/products If you wish to receive a Store Credit instead of a refund. The value will be added to your Studio K Rewards account. 
How to make an exchange
If you want to make an exchange please email ester@studiokyogawear.comThe shipping cost of sending the new item/items is complimentary, the shipping cost to return the parcel is the responsibility of the customer. 
 We will send out your new pieces as soon as the package with the return items has been received and approved. Any balance that needs to be collected or paid will be refunded or collected before the new item is sent out. 
How to make a refund 
    1. Before sending please remove the original shipping label 
    2. Make sure your name and order number are marked clearly somewhere inside or outside of the package. 
    3. Mark the outside of the package “return items.”
    4. Once you have sent the package, email the name of the shipping company, tracking number and your reason for refund to
